Living Proof!

A little over a year ago, I started writing a book called “I Used to Be an Athlete: The Three E’s for the Preservation of Youth.”

I wrote it first and foremost for myself. In fact, the very first line reads: “This book is written for me.  If you benefit from reading this book, terrific. But the person who should read it the most is its author.

That wasn’t just a catchy intro—it was a promise I made to myself. And I kept it.

When I began, I was at my heaviest—195 lbs—barely sleeping, not exercising, and letting stress run the show. But through intentional lifestyle changes and a focus on mental wellness, I’ve lost 47 pounds. Today, I weigh 148 lbs—the same as I did in high school.

What changed? I lived the message I wrote about: the 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐄’𝐬—𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. I started fueling my body with real food, moving daily, and prioritizing emotional balance. The book became more than words—it became my roadmap to reclaiming my health.

Since its release in March, thousands of copies have been sold on Amazon (thank you 🙏), and I hope it continues to inspire others the way it has transformed me.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, know that it’s possible.

I’m living proof.
