Never Cut Down a Tree in Winter

A reminder we all need, especially in seasons filled with uncertainty, stress, or change.

When life feels cold, dark, or overwhelming, our instinct is often to act quickly… to “fix” the situation… to make a decision just to relieve the pressure. But winter is not the time for permanent decisions. Winter is a time for endurance, reflection, and faith.

Just like the trees in this photo—bare, quiet, and still, our own seasons of darkness don’t last forever. Spring always comes. And with it: perspective, renewal, and clarity.

Hold steady. Trust the process. Give yourself the grace of time.

Sometimes the strongest decision is the one you wait to make.
