Over the course of my career, I’ve learned that the most meaningful measure of leadership isn’t found on an organizational chart. It’s found in the trust of your colleagues, the growth of your team, and the example you choose to set—especially during difficult moments.
Titles may open doors, but integrity, humility, consistency, and service are what inspire others to walk through them with you.
Whether in medicine, business, or life, our greatest legacy will not be the positions we held, but the people we encouraged, mentored, and helped succeed.
