A Lasting Hope for Peace

by | Oct 14, 2025 | motivation, soul

In my years as a heart surgeon, Iโ€™ve had the privilege to see something profoundly humbling โ€” that no matter where we come from, what language we speak, or what faith we follow, ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ ๐˜„๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฒ!
The human heart beats with the same rhythm, the same fragility, the same hope for life โ€”in all of us.

As I watch the delicate peace in the Middle East take shape, my deepest wish is that it becomes a lasting one. That beyond politics, borders, and beliefs, we remember our shared humanity โ€”that beneath everything, we are one!

This is not a political statement, but a human one. A prayer for understanding, compassion, and acceptance โ€” for a world that chooses empathy over division, and healing over hurt.

May peace, real peace, take root โ€” in the Middle East and in every heart around the world. ๐Ÿ’™

Rain

We don't experience the same rain. Some have umbrellas, some have roofs, and some only have themselves. That's why we should be kinder, slower to judge, and quicker to understand. You'll never know how heavy someone's rain is until you've stood where they are.
